Throwback Thursday? More like Throwback weekend.
From Friday through Sunday, 90s Con saw beloved stars of hit TV series from the decade reunite for panels, fan meetings, and a look back at their fondest memories.
Cast members from the likes of Full House, Boy Meets World, and Sabrina The Teenage Witch were among the celebrity sightings.
Things took an emotional turn when the stars of Beverly Hills, 90210 took the stage on Sunday for fan questions. Shannen Doherty, who portrayed Brenda Walsh, received an enthusiastic response, causing her to tear up.

Shannen, 52, looked casual in a green hat, black buttoned cardigan and trainers as she sat with her co-stars Tori Spelling, Jason Priestley, Jennie Garth, Ian Ziering, Brian Austin Green and Gabrielle Carteris.
Toward the end of the panel, Doherty received a standing ovation from the audience.
“I know I speak on behalf of this crew, on behalf of all of these people, how happy we are to see you here,” the host said to Shannen, cueing the crowd applause.
The actress, fighting back the happy tears, replied: “Thank you so much. You guys know how much I love crying constantly. And I do, it seems. So, thank you.”
Shannen also briefly mentioned her current health complications. “I have a fight for my life, that I deal with every day,” she said. “I think I am really great.”
The Little House On The Prairie star wasn’t afraid to poke fun at her personal life. “My other profession is getting engaged, married and divorced, and I’m doing that very well,” she added in reference to her divorce from her third husband, photographer Kurt Iswarienko after 11 years of marriage.
Shannen Doherty shared breast cancer diagnosis in 2020
Doherty has been focused on her health in the last few years after announcing that her breast cancer had returned in 2020.
She was first diagnosed in 2015 and went into remission in 2017. Shannen was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer in February 2020.
In June 2023, the Charmed actress updated fans via Instagram video, showing footage of her receiving radiation therapy. “My fear is obvious,” she captioned. “I am extremely claustrophobic and there was a lot going on in my life.”
Doherty also revealed that a CT scan performed in January showed that she had brain metastases, which are cancer cells that spread to the brain from another part of the body.
“I am fortunate as I have great doctors like Dr. Amin Mirahdi and the amazing techs at Cedar Sinai,” she continued. “But that fear..the turmoil…the timing of it all…This is what cancer can look like.”
